War criminals, sex criminals, and traffic criminals...
If you're rich and powerful enough, in countries like the UK, you can get away with the lot!
Some people think pursuing cycle code violations as war criminals and sex criminals run amok is a waste of public time and resources, but then again, if that's the only thing you can get them for, why can't they at least be locked up for that?
Which makes me wonder, how many children die in road traffic accidents caused by people like David driving vehicles irresponsibly each year?
And how many more must die before something is done?
