I approached these on 9th May 1998 hoping that my seed would fall on fertile ground. They're German and recognise Facism when they see it. They've been down that road before, much to their eternal shame, and have been apologising for it ever since, unlike the Japanese of course, who are still pissed off that they lost. I received the following reply:-

Dear Mr. Copland,
We thank you for having sent us the manuscript
"The Evolutionary Development of Life Forms".
Unfortunately we do not see any possibility of taking it into consideration, because the project doesn't fit in our program. Therefore we take the liberty to return the manuscript as enclosure.
