The following is a list of common mental health groups linking to their respective NHS recommended medications. Your mileage may vary of course, as we're all unique, so you may end up experiencing greater results with panic meds to deal with your ocd or vice versa, but you're best off checking out the medications recommended for your specific condition first, increasing dosages where neccesary, before venturing further afield.
Likewise, you're probably best off trying the cheaper ones first, as scales of economies and bulk buying mean the reason they got so common as to get that cheap in the first place is because, by and large, they work. Although sometimes possibly, as explained above, they may not for you. Don't worry, just try another one for a few months. You can note the changes in your test results.
Recommended guidelines for switching medications can be found linked at the bottom of each page.
