Mental Health Treatment
I've developed a five point treatment plan...
1: Bookmark the relevant test pages for your condition/s.
2: Save/Print your test results for future reference.
3: Concentrate on ways to lower your high scoring questions.
4: For prolongued high scores, consider taking/changing medications, allowing 6-8 weeks for changes to take effect
5: Repeat tests weekly/fortnightly/monthly where needed, and study any changes in results, consulting your doctor when neccesary.
Don't forget to make use of the patient notes feature to note any changes in your medication, environment, or life, which may be affecting your scores. Over time you should start to see patterns developing.
In the meantime, Try Meditating, Get Self Help, and in case of emergency contact The Samaritans
